Rajat is based in Boston and is a leader in building broad strategic alliances. He connects local companies, business associations, and government agencies with overseas partners by analyzing investment leads, coordinating visits by Indian and U.S. government officials and trade delegations. He also leads high-level business and government delegations from India to the United States for engagements with actors in politics, industry, academia and nonprofits.

He work directly with the Embassy to organize over inbound trade missions, business advisory seminars, and cultural celebrations that result in Memorandum of understanding (MOUs), sister-state agreements, and increase awareness of export opportunities within the business community.

He also coordinates statewide international activities related to startups through a Launchpad venture across industries leverages technology and digital capabilities to evolve their operating models and transform their businesses to effectively serve their customers, while scaling operations efficiently.

Rajat began his career with a U.S. based technology company, serving as an engineer and manager. Specializes in network protocols and holds a CCNA certification. Rajat received his business graduate degree from Cal Poly with Honors in Computer Information Systems. Rajat moved to the U.S. in 1996 and is a cricket and a tennis enthusiast.

Rajat is a member of India International Center, India Habitat Center and Delhi Gymkhana Club.
